You did a really great job with the snow cap in the backdrop and the sky was changed to a pleasant degree. Unfortunately, there isn't a whole lot else really going on in the image that isn't mostly just cropped photos. I think you just need to put more work into it, it's heading in a good direction but it doesn't seem finished.
I like how there seems to be an avalanche coming towards the unsuspecting house. I think this could benefit from adjusting the hues in certain parts of the photo and then with a brush adding lighting that can make everything fit together. Also, the mountains in the background have a seam in between them, which wouldn't be hard to remove.
One thing I think that works really nicely with this photobash is that you were able to bring in a lot deeper space with adding the mountain in the way background - for some reason the scale of that mountain makes the horizon go on for a lot longer, and makes the space feel more expansive. I also think taht eliminating some of the trees and bringing some of the blue color (ice)down from the sky was a great idea to help with the balance. It makes a really nice "S" curve. One thing I think you could do to strengthen the piece is to allow yourself to paint over some of the detailed texture a bit more. Maybe bring in some rough brushes to see what it'd be like to blur out some of the areas along the edges, maybe roughen up the trees a bit, or maybe just collage some more of the trees together so that the collage aspect feels like it was treated the same way throughout. These are hard, but I think that you're getting the hang of it! The last thing I'd say is to try to find a way to paint over the edges of some of the seams to make it less of an abrupt change between each original image!
Gist of what I said: I like, in this case, the vertical brushy feel I get from the visible layer mask edges. Only thing that stands out a bit too much is the foliage brush and some of the colors.
I like how you added more depth by adding that mountain in the back, i think this could be more successful by adding in another image of a mountain on top of that avalanche, so that there is more of a source for all that snow, it looks like above it there isnt any, and makes the situation look unconvincing. But just by painging some white in there or adding in another mountain i think would fix that.
I dig the way you are cropping in different photos to break up the original composition, though its still strongly reminiscent of the original photo. The house still has an aura around it that is suspending it over the landscape, and I would love to see some more painting going on to blend everything in!
