Photoshop things
In-class paint. When I don’t know what to do I tend to freeze up, just sketch lines and see what happens. It’s a bad habit, I know… Here’s my in-class speed paint. I forgot to take screencaps so… just went back to take shots of different layers visible, I suppose.
Outside of class I had more time to think up an idea before setting the timer. Sketched a dude, plopped down some color and had fun. I am in love with Kyle’s brush sets!
A card made for a friend. The scan was a little bit lopsided, a few obvious lining mistakes left untouched from when I couldn’t find the whiteout, and some specks of dust were fixed with the spot healing tool and some brushwork. I decided to try darkening the linework to black just for fun.
An older drawing I had made on two pieces of paper taped together. Got rid of that gross line, used the Curve function to eliminate some of that noising going on around the lineart, and darkened it slightly.
