The first two patterns outshine the hand drawn ones. They seem like something that would go on curtain, whereas the second patterns could be on plastic table cloths or something. I really like the elegant colors for the first patterns.
I really enjoy your color choices for these patterns- it's a really good autumn ensemble that manages to skirt the conventional with the splash of green and purple. That said, the leaf patterns are quickly overshadowed by the more abstract patterns, both because the latter has a more engaging layout and resulting texture, whilst the leaves feel archetypical both in regards to theme and layout. I think adding some variation in size for the leaves would have gone a long way in making it more engaging.
I love the more decorative patterns on the top, those are super versatile and clean designs that would look great on a variety of products. The last two seem a bit plain in comparison, and I would've liked to see more texture or something more happening in the background.
These look really nice together - one thing that I like a lot about these is that you did the damask pattern to complement the toss pattern - it has a lot of similar elements but because of the layout of the pattern, has it's own personality. I think that the way you treated it with two colors was a good choice as well. One of my favorites on here is the purple background leaf. I think the spacing is really nice - and the color layout is pretty good. The only thing I'd see if you can do is maybe expand the pattern swatch to be twice as big and switch some of the colors on a yellow leaf now and again, and maybe some of the brown ones so they don't cluster together and make a stripe? It'd probably be a pretty quick fix! Other than that, the drawings are great and I think it works really well! The last thing I'd say is that you could eliminate the top big damask (since you have a bunch there already) and maybe make a stripe? Or a dot or something simple to finish off the sheet. really nice presentation of these!
I really like the way that you create the maple leaf. My favourite pattern is the one in red, I can imagine this pattern on the back of some poker cards.
I actually think that I enjoy the two hand drawn patterns more than the more ornate ones, they have a really nice quality to them, that I could picture going on childrens merchandise, or paper napkins or something festive like that. The more decorative ones are nice too, but I almost feel like there's so much going on in such a tight space, I get a little lost.
these are great patterns with good color choices. there's a balance of icon variation and scale. i love you damask with leaves. i do think you should consider how these patterns all work toegether.
The decorative patters are really nice! But your hand drawn ones are great too! I could see both of these patterns implemented on many things! The ornate ones could be seen as wall papers or even nice table cloths and the hand drawn ones could be seen on party napkins and autumn bedding!
