This could really benefit from some more frames! The speed the .gif is set at is currently a bit clunky with so few. I could see it working the way it is if the time on each frame was extended by half a second more or so. That way, the movements could at least read more naturally to the eye.
It looks like you used tweens, and I think something like this would look much smoother if you drew frame to frame. Having everything move at a different pace would prevent tracking the movements at the same time as well!
